1. Where to send a notice

Send copyright notices to our designated agent:

2. What a notice must include

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act for them;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough information for us to find it — for example, the link to the master's profile page;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

3. What we do with a notice

When we receive a notice that includes these elements, we promptly remove or disable access to the material and tell the user who posted it, with a copy of the notice.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
• your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which OptionsLive may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.

We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the notice, and restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive it, unless that person first tells us they have filed a court action to stop the use.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. An account is terminated once it has been the subject of two valid notices within twelve months that were not resolved by a counter-notice, and a master's public profile may be removed after one.
